Tariffs:
Because we choose to provide good quality care we try to match two dogs per kennel where possible so that they are not alone and lonely. In addition, a heat source when the temperature decreases is standard. Of course you will see this in our rates, these are cheaper in summer than in winter.
The rates are: 1st dog €15 and the next own dog €13 per dog per day
if the outside temperature or the weather conditions make this necessary, the indoor kennels are heated. As a rule, this is during the winter months (December to March). The extra costs of heating are € 1,50 per dog per day.
Because it is better for pets not to switch from food suddenly, we ask you to bring your own feed. Furthermore, it is mandatory to bring the vaccination passport of the pet and leave it with us. Naturally, the valid vaccinations are mentioned. It is also nice if you give your own basket or blanket so that the pet has some familiar smell from home around him. In case of medication use, you also bring these along with the written dose.
We take your dog (s) twice a day on a walk on the line. In addition, they go 1 to 2 times on the playground (inside or outside, depending on the weather). On the playground the dogs are always under supervision and are challenged with various brainpieces.
Obviously, the pets areas are cleaned daily and the pets always have fresh drinking water.
Opening hours:
To keep the peace in the kennels, we have chosen to limit the possibility to pick up and bring dogs. You can bring and collect your dogs Monday to Saturday in the morning between 8:30 and 9:00 or in the evening between 17:30 and 18:30 or by appointment. Closed on Sundays (exceptionally possible by appointment).
Additional services
As an extra service we offer from April 2018 the possibility to bring your dog on a long walk (at least 45 minutes) in the nearby forests. Of course this is only possible if the hustle and bustle in the pension and the outside temperature allows this. Your dog will be taken on a leash and can’t come loose, this in connection with danger of loss.
A service for campers in the neighborhood is day care. In the camping season you can use the service where you bring your dog in the morning with us and have the whole day free hands to do things that you unfortunately can’t do with your dog. You can visit the beach, visit a cave, go mountain biking or canoeing without having to worry about the welfare of your dog.
You can bring your dog after (telephone) appointment between 8h30 and 9h00 and pick up between 17h30 and 18h30.
Are circumstances unable to get your dog in time due to circumstances? No problem, for a small extra fee your dog stays asleep and gets to eat so that you can pick him or her up the next morning.
Gwen is a certified dog behavior supervisor and has a broad practical experience. So when ,in the day-to-day relationship with your dog, you run into parenting problems and / or behavioral issues, we can also work on this during the stay. Of course after extensive consultation in advance and at an agreed fee.
Dogs
For the dogs we have from April 2018 a number of spacious kennels with a private outdoor space. The indoor area is equipped with heating so that your dog when necessary can comfortably enjoy their holiday. Twice a day, the dogs, alone or in small groups, are brought under supervision to the discharge areas where they can lose their energy without risking of running away, because these fields are completely equipped with a fence.
Of course, they also receive daily sufficient challenge in the form of play and braintraining from us. The health of your dog is expertly assessed on a daily basis and in case of doubt the vet is consulted.
Does your dog use medication? No problem, thanks to the para veterinary past of Gwen it is all possible and responsible.
Of course we are fully insured and the kennels are equipped with smoke and CO detectors and fire extinguishers.
We are happy to guide you around in our boarding kennels and meet you and your dog(s)!
Attention: In order to be a guest in our guest house, it is necessary that your dog's vaccinations are repeated annually. We therefore ask that you bring the vaccination booklet with you.
